Delivery

Minimum Order

Our minimum order value is £25.00 (excluding shipping fees). We do not have a maximum order value, but our products are only available in regular quantities for household use.

Delivery Charges

We offer FREE delivery on all orders over £75.00. For orders under this amount, there is a small delivery surcharge of £6.50 to cover packaging, dry ice and courier costs.

Delivery Locations

Our delivery service currently only covers Mainland UK, although we can arrange for special deliveries on request. Please contact us to discuss your requirements.

Delivery Dates & Times

We are currently offering deliveries between 8am and 6pm on Tuesdays to Friday's. Orders placed will be delivered on one of these days based on order volume that week. You will be notified when your order is dispatched.

What if I'm Out At Delivery?

During the checkout process, you are able to add specific instructions such leaving your delivery with a neighbour or in a safe place at your property should you not be there to accept the delivery.

How Will My Products Arrive?

In order to ensure that you receive your Chapman's products in perfect condition, we freeze them down to optimum temperature, bubble wrap them and then pack them in a protective polystyrene casing along with dry ice to keep your goods frozen during transit. The dry ice should have naturally dissipated on arrival, however, we must stress that you use caution when opening the products, as there may still be some dry ice remaining.
