Ingredients:

Haddock (FISH) (60%), Breadcrumbs ( WHEAT Flour [ WHEAT, Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamine], Salt, Yeast ), Batter ( Water, WHEAT Flour [WHEAT, Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamine] ), Rapeseed Oil. 

Cooking From Frozen:

For best results cook from frozen. Oven Bake: Remove from packaging & place onto a baking tray in the centre of a pre-heated oven at 200°C / 180°C fan / Gas Mark 6 and cook for 20-25 minutes. Deep Fry: Preheat the oil to 180ºC and cook for 6-8 minutes until thoroughly cooked. 

​Cooking times may vary according to oven type, ensure food is piping hot before serving.

Storage From Frozen:

Store at -18°C or below and consume within 3 months of purchase. Do not refreeze this product once defrosted.
