Cooking From Frozen:
Remove all packaging.
Oven Bake From Frozen: Place onto a baking tray on the middle shelf of an oven preheated to 200ºC (Gas Mark 6) , Fan 180ºC for 35 – 40 minutes (Use a pizza-style tray or baking rack to ensure the bottom cooks through for the best results.) until the pastry is crisp & fish cooked through.
Air Fry from Frozen - Place in the fryer preheated to 160ºC & cook for 35 minutes until piping hot. Ensure the fish is cooked thoroughly.
Ensure product is piping hot before serving. Cooking times may vary according to oven type.
Storage From Frozen:
Store at -18°C or below and consume within 3 months of purchase. Do not refreeze this product once defrosted.
