Ingredients:
Haddock (FISH) (36%), Potato (35%), Natural Breadcrumbs (WHEAT Flour [WHEAT Flour, Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamine], Salt, Yeast), Rapeseed Oil, Parsley (1.3%), Anchovy Paste [Anchovies (FISH), Sunower Oil, Malt Vinegar, Salt, Acidier (Citric Acid)], Lemon Juice, Lemon Zest, Tabasco Sauce (White Vinegar, Red Pepper, Salt), Black Pepper, Dried Parsley.
Cooking From Frozen:
Oven Bake – From Frozen: Remove from packaging and place on to a baking tray in the centre of the oven, preheated to 200ºC / 180⁰C Fan / Gas Mark 6 and cook for approximately 30 – 35 minutes.
Air Fryer - From Frozen: Remove from packaging, place in a pre-heated air fryer and cook at 180⁰C for 25 minutes, turning halfway.
This is a raw product and must be cooked thoroughly.
Cooking times may vary according to oven type, ensure food is piping hot before serving.
Storage From Frozen:
Store at -18°C or below and consume within 3 months of purchase. Do not refreeze this product once defrosted.
