Made from a blend of smoked Haddock, potato, mozzarella cheese and spring onions wrapped in golden breadcrumbs

Ingredients:
Potato, Smoked Haddock (21%) ( Haddock (FISH), Salt, Natural Colours: Curcumin ), Breadcrumb Coating ( Water, WHEAT Flour [WHEAT Flour, Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamine], Salt, Yeast ), Mozzarella Cheese (13%) (MILK), Rapeseed Oil, Spring Onion (8%), Potato Flake, Dijon MUSTARD, Lemon Juice, Onion Powder, Salt, Cracked Black Pepper.
Cooking From Frozen:
Oven bake from frozen: Place on as pre-heated baking tray in the middle of a pre-heated oven at 200°C / Gas Mark 7 for 25 – 30 minutes.
Deep fry from Frozen: Fry for 9 minutes in preheated oil at 180ºC.
Air fry from Frozen: Place in the fryer preheated to 180ºC & cook for 18 – 20 minutes.
This is a raw product and must be cooked thoroughly.
Cooking times may vary according to oven/fryer type, ensure food is piping hot & the fish is cooked thoroughly before serving.
Storage From Frozen:
Keep frozen at -18ºC and consume within 3 months of purchase. Do not refreeze this product once defrosted.
